They should demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both with dispatchers and customers, to provide accurate updates and address any concerns promptly. Additionally, drivers are encouraged to prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering shipments in a timely manner while upholding the highest standards of service and integrity.

Drivers Requirements
Must be 18 years or older. Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in freight delivery, demonstrating proficiency in navigating various routes, handling diverse cargo types, and ensuring on-time and safe deliveries. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a proven track record of reliability and professionalism. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding safety standards are essential. Previous experience with electronic logging devices (ELDs) and familiarity with industry regulations and best practices are highly preferred. The successful candidate will exhibit a strong work ethic, adaptability to changing circumstances, and a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
Wages
Cargo Van
$750 – $1k a week (Home Daily/Dedicated Routes)
F-250 w/Hotshot
Routes that are under 100 miles will pay $150
Routes that are under 101 – 200 miles will pay $185
Routes that are under 201 – 270 miles will pay $200
Routes that are under 271 – 250 miles will pay $235
Routes that are over – 351 Miles will be paid at $0.75 per mile
Box Truck
Earn up to $35 an hour (OTR)
$3k – $5k a week (Home Daily/Dedicated Routes)
Blackout Logistics LLC. is looking for Amazon Drivers
We are looking for Box Truck Drivers (Standard License) to transport palletized freight from Amazon to the post office. Usually Max distance 300 miles. *** Must be willing to train for 3 days prior to working.
Requirements
- Opportunities are paid by the load which averages to around $17/hour
- Paid weekly bonus incentives for keeping an 100% on time delivery
- Full time position (W9)
- Shift: Graveyard 10pm-7am
- Must be able to work 6 days per week
- Must have a valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must be VERY PUNCTUAL!
- Responsible & Reliable
- Dock-to-Dock type of deliveries
- A Night Owl, happy to Work Graveyard
- Physically fit (Pallet Jack Palletized Freight)
- Have a good driving record (MVR)
- 1 year of similar driving experience (16ft to 26ft. Box Trucks) Preferred not required
- Prior Class B CDL experience preferred not required
- Will clear a Background Check
- Will clear a Drug Test – No Marijuana
- No DUI in the last 3 years
- No License suspensions in the last 2 years
- No major at fault accidents in the last 2 years
Driver Responsibilities
- 1-5 stops per night.
- Provide & Operate Liftgate and Pallet Jack
- Must be able to Load and Unload your own truck
- Delivering palletized products to various Local Post Offices
- Have a reliable smartphone

Pay Rates
Routes that are under 100 miles will pay $100
Routes that are under 101 – 200 miles will pay $135
Routes that are under 201 – 270 miles will pay $150
Routes that are under 271 – 250 miles will pay $185
Routes that are over 351 Miles will be paid at $0.50 per mile
Must be 18 or older
Must Possess a Clean Driving Record
Have Valid Drivers License
Driver Must Have 5+ Years Experience
NO CDL REQUIRED
Must Possess Valid License
